Spicy Stir-Fried Beef with Onions and Peppers

500g beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
2 tbsp oil
1 red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1-2 red chili peppers, sliced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
1 tsp sugar (optional, for balance)
Instructions:
1. Heat the oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned.
3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and chili peppers. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Toss in the onions and stir-fry until slightly soft but still crisp.
5. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, paprika, black pepper, cumin, and chili flakes. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
6. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the beef perfectly.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds (if using) and serve hot!
