    Crispy Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

     

    Crispy Garlic Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

     

    After tasting these, you’ll never want potatoes any other way again! Perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these garlic rosemary potatoes are the ultimate side dish for any meal.

    Ingredients:

    4 medium-sized potatoes

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon dried rosemary

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    2. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.

    3. Score the potatoes by making crisscross cuts about 1/4 inch deep across the top.

    4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    5. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.

    6. Brush generously over the scored potatoes, making sure the oil seeps into the cuts for extra flavor.

    7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

    8. Cool slightly before serving.

    Variations & Tips:

    Cheesy Upgrade: Sprinkle grated Parmesan or cheddar over the potatoes during the last 10 minutes of baking for a gooey finish.
