Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy)
½ cup marinara sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Baguette slices, crackers, or tortilla chips for dipping
Instructions:
1. Cook the Sausage:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add the Italian sausage, breaking it into crumbles, and cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease if needed.
2. Prepare the Sauce:
Stir the marinara sauce and Italian seasoning into the cooked sausage.

3. Assemble the Dip:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup mozzarella over the top.
