Hearty Homemade Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat (tender and juicy!)
1 tbsp olive oil (for rich flavor)
1 onion, chopped (adds depth)
1 clove garlic, minced (boosts taste)
4 cups beef broth (for a hearty base)
2 cups water
1 cup diced carrots (adds sweetness)
1 cup diced potatoes (comforting and filling)
1 cup diced tomatoes (a touch of acidity)
1 cup green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces (crunch and color)
1/2 cup uncooked pearl barley (for a nutty texture)
1 tsp dried parsley (adds freshness)

Instructions:
Sauté & Sear Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides.
