Cheesesteak Tortellini in Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients:
20 oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated or frozen)
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper (red or green), thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup beef broth
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Extra Parmesan (optional, for topping)
Instructions:
Cook the Tortellini: Boil salted water in a large pot. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Sear the Steak: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak slices with salt & pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Sauté the Veggies: Add the remaining 1 tbsp olive oil to the same skillet. Sauté the onion & bell pepper for 4-5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce: Lower heat to medium. Melt butter, then stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt & pepper.
Combine Everything: Return the tortellini and steak to the skillet. Toss to coat in the creamy sauce and let it warm for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish & Serve: Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh parsley & extra Parmesan, and enjoy this cheesy, steak-loaded pasta masterpiece!
