Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapeño peppers, diced (remove seeds for less heat)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
