    Creamy Vanilla Biscuit Parfait

This Creamy Vanilla Biscuit Parfait is a delightful no-bake dessert with layers of smooth vanilla custard and crunchy biscuits. The combination of velvety pudding and crispy textures makes it a perfect treat for any occasion. Lightly sweetened and easy to prepare, it’s ideal for parties or family gatherings. You can customize it by adding fresh fruits like bananas or strawberries for extra flavor. Serve it chilled for a refreshing and indulgent experience!

    Ingredients:

    2 cups milk

    1/2 cup sugar

    2 tbsp cornstarch

    2 egg yolks

    1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)

1/2 cup crushed biscuits (Maria cookies, graham crackers, or vanilla wafers)

    Powdered sugar (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Custard:

In a saucepan, mix milk, sugar, and cornstarch over medium heat.

Whisk egg yolks separately and slowly add some of the warm milk mixture to temper them.

Pour the egg mixture back into the pan and stir constantly until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool.

    2. Assemble the Parfaits:

In serving glasses, layer crushed biscuits at the bottom.

Add a layer of vanilla custard.

Repeat the layers until the glass is full.

    3. Final Touches:

Sprinkle with additional crushed biscuits and a dusting of powdered sugar.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor.
