Made with reduced-fat cinnamon rolls and light apple pie filling, it’s a warm, gooey, and satisfying treat without the extra guilt. The optional walnuts or pecans add a delicious crunch, while the cinnamon flavor makes it irresistibly cozy. Baked to golden perfection in just 30 minutes, this easy dessert is great for brunch, holidays, or a simple sweet treat.     Ingredients:

    2 cans reduced-fat cinnamon rolls (quartered) A lighter twist on a classic favorite!

    1 can light or reduced-sugar apple pie filling Sweet, fruity, and lower in sugar.

    ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) Adds a crunchy, nutty texture.

    Non-stick cooking spray Ensures easy release from the pan.

    Instructions:
