Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 bell peppers (any color), diced
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (or soy sauce as a substitute)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
2 cups cooked white or brown rice
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the Ground Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
