Crockpot Ranch Mushrooms is a flavorful and easy side dish perfect for any occasion. Tender button mushrooms are slow-cooked in a rich blend of melted butter, ranch dressing mix, and garlic, creating a savory and irresistible dish. With minimal prep and a hands-off cooking process, it’s ideal for busy days or holiday gatherings. The mushrooms shrink during cooking, absorbing all the delicious flavors for a mouthwatering result. Serve these alongside steaks, roasts, or as a tasty appetizer everyone will love!

    Ingredients:

    2 pounds button mushrooms, cleaned

    ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 ounce packet ranch dressing mix

    2 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Mushrooms: Trim the stems of the mushrooms and place them in a 6-quart (or similar-sized) slow cooker.

    2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, ranch dressing mix, and minced garlic.

    3. Combine: Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and stir to coat evenly.

    4. Cook: Cover and cook on low heat for 3–4 hours, or until the mushrooms are tender.

    5. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve immediately.

Tips for Perfect Crockpot Ranch Mushrooms

Mushroom Magic: It’s normal for the mushrooms to shrink during cooking—they soak up all that buttery ranch goodness!

Flavor Boost: Add a pinch of cayenne for a spicy kick or omit garlic if you prefer a milder flavor.

Make Ahead: Keep the mushrooms warm in the slow cooker for up to 2 hours.

Freezer-Friendly: These mushrooms can be frozen for a quick side dish later.

Homemade Option: Use store-bought or your favorite homemade ranch dressing mix.
