Ingredients:
2 medium zucchini
100 ml milk
60g flour
200g smoked salmon
200 ml liquid crème fraîche
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Wash and slice the zucchini into thin rounds. Sauté them in a pan with olive oil for about 5 minutes until softened.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, crème fraîche, milk, and flour until smooth.
4. Add the chopped chives, salt, and pepper, and mix again.
5. Arrange the zucchini slices and smoked salmon, cut into strips, in a greased gratin dish.
