Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
4-5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ground Beef:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into crumbles. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened (about 4-5 minutes).
2. Make the Soup Mixture:
In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, green beans, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
3. Layer the Ingredients:
Place half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of your slow cooker.

Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, soup mixture, and beef.

About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Cover and let the cheese melt.
