    Cheesy Garlic Butter Biscuit Bombs

These Cheesy Garlic Butter Biscuit Bombs are a quick and delicious snack that’s perfect for any occasion! Made with soft Pillsbury biscuits, gooey mozzarella cheese, and a flavorful garlic butter topping, they’re irresistibly tasty. Ready in just 22 minutes, these golden bites are ideal for parties, game nights, or family dinners. Sprinkle Parmesan for extra flair and serve with marinara sauce for a perfect pairing. Simple, cheesy, and bursting with flavor, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!

    Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 cubes

    4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp Italian seasoning

    Pinch of salt

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    2. Prepare Biscuits: Open the biscuit can and separate the dough into 8 pieces. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch circle.

    3. Add the Cheese: Place a cube of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit.

    4. Seal the Bombs: Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese, pinching to seal. Place each ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

    5. Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.

    6. Brush and Bake: Brush the dough balls generously with the garlic butter mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.

    7. Final Touch: Remove from the oven and brush with any leftover garlic butter. Serve warm for the ultimate cheesy treat!

    Pro Tips:

Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top before baking for extra flavor.

Pair with marinara sauce for a delicious dipping experience.
