    These Cranberry Turkey Parmesan Stuffing Balls are the ultimate way to reinvent holiday leftovers into a delicious snack or appetizer!     Ingredients:

    For the Stuffing Balls:

    3 cups leftover stuffing (or prepared store-bought stuffing mix)

    1 cup cooked turkey, shredded or diced

    ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    ½ cup dried cranberries

    2 large eggs, beaten

    ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional, for added crunch)

    1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

    ½ teaspoon garlic powder

    ½ teaspoon black pepper

    ½ teaspoon salt (optional)

    For the Cranberry Dipping Sauce (optional):

    ½ cup cranberry sauce

    2 tablespoons orange juice

    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Stuffing Balls:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

    In a large bowl, mix stuffing, turkey, Parmesan, cranberries, eggs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt (if using). Combine well.

    If the mixture feels too wet, stir in panko breadcrumbs to firm it up.

    2. Shape the Balls:

    Use your hands or a small ice cream scoop to form 1½-inch balls.

    Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly for even cooking.

    3. Bake:

    Bake the stuffing balls for 20-25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.

    4. Make the Cranberry Dipping Sauce (Optional):

    In a small saucepan, mix cranberry sauce, orange juice, and Dijon mustard over low heat.

    Stir until smooth and warm.

    5. Serve:

    Serve the stuffing balls warm with the cranberry dipping sauce on the side for a flavorful, festive finish.
