    Ultimate Slow Cooker Beef Brisket Recipe

     

    This Slow Cooker Beef Brisket is a melt-in-your-mouth dish, perfect for family dinners or cozy gatherings. Slowly cooked to tender perfection, it’s infused with flavors of smoked paprika, garlic, and thyme. The rich sauce, made with beef broth, soy sauce, and brown sugar, adds an irresistible depth. Serve it with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for a touch of color and freshness. This brisket is sure to become a go-to comfort meal!

    Ingredients:

    3-4 pounds beef brisket

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    1 large onion, sliced

    4 cloves garlic, minced

    2 cups beef broth

    1/4 cup soy sauce

    1/4 cup brown sugar

    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

    1 tablespoon smoked paprika

    1 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon dried thyme

    1 teaspoon ground cumin

    Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Beef Brisket

    Pat brisket dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, thyme, and cumin for rich flavors.

    2. Sear for Extra Flavor

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Sear the brisket for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned, then remove and set aside.

    3. Sauté the Aromatics

    In the same skillet, cook sliced onions until soft, about 5 minutes.

    Add minced garlic, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.

    4. Combine Ingredients in the Slow Cooker

    Add the onions, garlic, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to the slow cooker.

    Place the seared brisket on top of the mixture.

    5. Slow Cook to Perfection

    Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the brisket is fall-apart tender.

    6. Rest, Slice & Serve

    Once done, let the brisket rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

    Serve with the rich sauce from the slow cooker and garnish with fresh parsley for a delicious finishing touch.
