    Cheddar Cheeseburger Meatloaf Recipe

     

    Upgrade your meatloaf night with this irresistible Cheddar Cheeseburger Meatloaf! Packed with juicy ground beef, gooey cheddar cheese, and a hint of smoky paprika, it combines all the flavors of a classic cheeseburger in a comforting loaf. The sweet and tangy glaze adds the perfect finishing touch. Ideal for family dinners, this dish is both easy and delicious. Serve it warm with a sprinkle of fresh parsley for an unforgettable meal!

    Ingredients:

    2 pounds ground beef

    1 cup breadcrumbs

    1 small onion, finely chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 egg

    1/2 cup milk

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

    1/2 cup ketchup

    2 tablespoons brown sugar

    1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

    Additional cheddar cheese slices for topping

    Fresh parsley for garnish

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well.

    3. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese for an extra cheesy, juicy bite.

    4. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it on a greased baking sheet or in a loaf pan.

    5. In a small bowl, make the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Spread this over the meatloaf for a rich, tangy finish.

    6. Bake for 45 minutes, then top with cheddar cheese slices and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

    7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
