Ingredients
12 oz spaghetti
1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 yellow bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook the Spaghetti: Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water until cool. Set aside.
