    Crispy Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic

     

     

    This Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Garlic recipe is a simple, flavorful side dish perfect for any meal. The Brussels sprouts are tossed in olive oil, garlic, and seasoning, then roasted to crispy perfection. You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little kick or a drizzle of fresh lemon juice for brightness. It’s an easy and healthy option that’s both vegan and vegetarian-friendly.     Ingredients:

    1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    3 tbsp olive oil
