    The Lemon Oreo Cheesecake is a zesty, creamy treat that’s both indulgent and refreshing. Its Oreo cookie crust provides a rich base, while the lemon-infused cream cheese filling adds a burst of citrus flavor packed with vitamin C. Melted white chocolate elevates the richness, and a lemon curd topping makes it the perfect dessert for any occasion.     Ingredients:

    2 cups of Oreo cookie crumbs

    1/2 cup of melted butter

    3 packets of cream cheese (8oz each) – rich in calcium for strong bones

    1 cup of sugar (consider a low-sugar alternative for a heart-healthy twist)

    1 tsp. lemon extract (packed with immune-boosting vitamin C)

    3 large eggs (a great source of protein)

    1 cup of sour cream

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Oreo Crust: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine the Oreo crumbs and melted butter, pressing the mixture into a 9-inch pan. A stress-free base for a dessert everyone in your family health plan will love!
