    Ultimate Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta

     

    Cheesy Beef Taco Pasta is a comforting and flavorful dish that combines tender small shells pasta with seasoned ground beef and a creamy cheese sauce. Velveeta and sharp cheddar cheese create a rich, cheesy coating, while taco seasoning and Rotel tomatoes add a zesty kick. Perfect for a hearty family meal, this dish is both easy to make and satisfying. Serve it hot for a delicious twist on classic pasta dishes.

    Ingredients:

    – 3 pounds ground beef
    – 1 box small shells pasta
    – 1 block Velveeta cheese
    – 1 handful sharp cheddar cheese
    – 2 packets taco seasoning
    – 1 can original Rotel tomatoes
    – 1/2 cup milk

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat and set the beef aside.

    2. Prepare the Pasta: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the small shells pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.

    3. Make the Cheese Sauce: Cut the Velveeta cheese into cubes and place it in the skillet you used for the beef. Add the milk and heat over medium-low heat, stirring continuously until the cheese is completely melted and smooth.

    4. Combine Ingredients: Stir the cooked pasta and browned beef into the cheese sauce until well coated.

    5. Season and Add Rotel: Sprinkle in the taco seasoning and add the Rotel tomatoes. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

    6. Finish with Cheddar: Toss in a handful of sharp cheddar cheese and mix until melted and evenly distributed.
