Looking for the perfect party snack?

This Sausage Cheese Dip is a creamy, savory blend that will be the star of your next gathering! Combining rich Italian sausage with a variety of cheeses and a touch of spice, this dip is a surefire hit when served with tortilla chips or crostini. It’s ideal for game days, potlucks, or any occasion where a crowd-pleasing appetizer is needed!

    Ingredients:
    – 12 ounces Italian sausage
    – ½ cup onion (diced)
    – 8 ounces processed cheese block (like Velveeta)
    – 4 ounces cream cheese
    – ½ cup milk
    – 1 teaspoon dry mustard powder
    – 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    – 1 cup sharp cheddar

    Directions:
    1. In a pan, brown the sausage and onion until the sausage is fully cooked, with no pink remaining. Drain excess fat to avoid greasiness.

    2. Add the processed cheese and cream cheese to the sausage mixture. Stir over medium heat until the cheeses melt into a creamy consistency.

    3. Whisk in the mustard powder, milk, and Worcestershire sauce. Keep cooking until the dip is hot and bubbly.

    4. Stir in the sharp cheddar cheese until it’s fully melted and well combined.

Serve immediately with your favorite tortilla chips or crunchy crostini.
