    This Banana Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake is a rich and indulgent dessert that combines creamy peanut butter, ripe bananas, and luscious caramel.     Ingredients:

    – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    – 1/4 cup melted butter
    – 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    – 24 oz cream cheese, softened
    – 1 cup granulated sugar
    – 3 large eggs
    – 1 tsp vanilla extract
    – 1/2 cup heavy cream
    – 3 ripe bananas, sliced
    – 1 cup caramel sauce
    – 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
    – 1/4 cup chopped almonds

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan to prepare it for baking.

    2. Create the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the greased pan to form a firm, buttery base.

    3. Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the creamy peanut butter together with the softened cream cheese until the mixture is smooth. Gradually add the granulated sugar, beating continuously until the filling becomes light and fluffy.

    4. Incorporate Eggs: Add the eggs one at a time, making sure to beat well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until everything is well combined.

    5. Bake the Cheesecake: Pour the peanut butter cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Once baked, allow the cheesecake to cool to room temperature before refrigerating it for at least 4 hours or overnight to ensure it’s fully chilled.

    6. Add Toppings: Just before serving, arrange the sliced bananas on top of the cheesecake, drizzle generously with caramel sauce, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and almonds for added flavor and crunch.
