This Cajun Chicken and Broccoli is a creamy, flavorful dish featuring tender fettuccine pasta tossed in a rich Parmesan Alfredo sauce with seasoned Cajun chicken and crisp broccoli.

It’s a quick and easy meal perfect for weeknight dinners, offering a delightful balance of spice and creaminess in every bite.

    Cajun Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

    Ingredients:

    – 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
    – 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
    – 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 cup broccoli florets
    – 1 cup heavy cream
    – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    – Salt and pepper, to taste
    – Chopped parsley for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.

    2. Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and fully cooked. Set the chicken aside.

    3. In the same skillet, sauté the minced garlic and broccoli florets until they are tender-crisp.

    4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Allow the mixture to simmer until the sauce thickens, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste.

    5. Return the cooked fettuccine and chicken to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated with the creamy Cajun Alfredo sauce.

    6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to let the flavors meld together.

    7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve the dish hot. Enjoy this delicious Cajun Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo!
