    Simple Greek Grilled Octopus Recipe

Experience the flavors of the Mediterranean with this Simple Greek Grilled Octopus Recipe, featuring a tangy herb vinaigrette that perfectly complements the tender, charred octopus. Perfect for a quick, healthy, and delicious summer meal!

    Ingredients:

    – 8 octopus tentacles, cooked (about 1 ½ pounds total)
    – ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
    – ¼ cup red wine vinegar
    – 4 garlic cloves, minced
    – 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, plus grilled lemons for serving
    – 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, diced
    – 2 teaspoons dried oregano
    – 1 teaspoon sea salt
    – ½ teaspoon black pepper
    – ½ teaspoon red chili flakes

    Instructions:

    1. Make the Greek Herb Vinaigrette: In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, spices, and parsley. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Set aside.

    2. Prepare the Octopus: Drizzle olive oil over the cooked octopus tentacles, then sprinkle generously with sea salt and black pepper.

    3. Grill the Octopus: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill the octopus tentacles for 3-5 minutes until they are charred and heated through. You can also grill some potatoes or vegetables if desired. Grill halved lemons for a perfect garnish.

    4. Serve: Transfer the grilled octopus to a serving dish and drizzle with the prepared Greek herb vinaigrette. Serve with grilled potatoes and lemon wedges.
