    No-Bake Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake Dessert Recipe

    Indulge in the tropical flavors of this No-Bake Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake Dessert, a perfect summer treat that’s easy to make and sure to impress.

    With a creamy cheesecake filling and refreshing pineapple topping, it’s a delightful no-bake dessert for any occasion.

     

     

    No-Bake Pineapple Heaven Cheesecake Dessert Recipe

    Ingredients:

    Crust:

    – 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    – 1/2 cup melted butter

    Cheesecake Filling:

    – 2 cups cream cheese, softened
    – 1 cup powdered sugar
    – 2 cups heavy whipping cream
    – 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

    Topping:

    – 1 can (20 oz) pineapple rings, drained
    – Fresh raspberries for garnish
    – Whipped cream for topping

    Directions:

    1. Prepare the Crust:

    – In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
    – Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.

    2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

    – In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    – In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

    3. Assemble the Cheesecake:

    – Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
    – Evenly distribute the crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
    – Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the pineapple layer.

    4. Add the Topping:

    – Arrange the pineapple rings on top and garnish with fresh raspberries.
    – Add dollops of whipped cream around the pineapple rings for an extra touch.

    5. Chill the Dessert:

    – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Serve chilled.

    6. Serve:
