    This Summer Fig Burrata Salad is a delightful blend of fresh, seasonal ingredients.

    The peppery arugula pairs perfectly with sweet, juicy figs and creamy burrata cheese.

    Toasted walnuts add a satisfying crunch, while pomegranate seeds bring a burst of color and flavor.

    A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze enhances the salad’s vibrant taste.

    Perfect for a light lunch or elegant appetizer, this salad captures the essence of summer.

     

     

    Summer Fig Burrata Salad Recipe

    Ingredients:
    – 2 cups fresh arugula
    – 4 fresh figs, halved
    – 1 ball burrata cheese, torn into pieces
    – 1/4 cup walnut halves, toasted
    – 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
    – 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    – 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
    – Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Salad Base:
    1- Arrange the fresh arugula evenly on a large serving plate or bowl.

    Add the Toppings:
    2. Place the halved fresh figs and pieces of burrata cheese over the arugula.
    3- Sprinkle the toasted walnut halves and pomegranate seeds evenly over the salad.

    Dress the Salad:
    4- Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the salad.
    5- Season with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of freshly ground black pepper to taste.

    Serve:
