    Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with these **Cheesy Beef Burrito Wraps**. Perfectly seasoned lean ground beef combines with sautéed onions and green peppers to create a mouthwatering filling.

    A creamy nacho cheese sauce mixed with Rotel adds a delightful kick, while crushed nacho cheese Doritos provide a satisfying crunch.

    Wrapped in warm flour tortillas and toasted to golden perfection, these burritos are both hearty and flavorful.

     

     

    Cheesy Beef Burrito Wraps

    Ingredients:

    – 1 lb lean ground beef
    – 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
    – ½ cup sour cream
    – 1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
    – ½ cup chopped green peppers
    – ½ cup diced onions
    – 1 packet taco seasoning mix
    – Nacho cheese-flavored Doritos, crushed
    – 4 flour tortilla wraps
    – Shredded lettuce

    Directions:

    1- Cook the Beef: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
    2- Sauté Veggies: Add diced onions and chopped green peppers to the skillet. Sauté for about 4 minutes until they are tender.
    3- Season: Stir in the taco seasoning mix and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
    4- Prepare Cheese Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together the Rotel and nacho cheese sauce until well combined.
    5- Assemble Wraps: Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a generous layer of the cheese mixture down the center of each tortilla.
    6- Add Fillings: Top the cheese with the beef mixture, then add sour cream, sautéed onions, peppers, and a handful of crushed nacho cheese Doritos.
    7- Wrap Burritos: Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly like a burrito.
    8- Toast Wraps: Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap into the skillet and toast until crispy and golden brown on both sides.
    9- Serve: Remove from the skillet and serve immediately with shredded lettuce and any additional toppings you prefer.
