    Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups Recipe

     

    Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups Recipe

    Ingredients:
    – 5 eggs
    – 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    – 8 sausage links
    – 4 slices Cheddar cheese
    – Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven:
    – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    2. Prepare the Eggs:
    – In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later.
    – Scramble the remaining eggs in a pan.

    3. Prepare the Dough:
    – Unroll the dough on a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.

    4. Add the Cheese:
    – Cut each Cheddar cheese slice in half and place one half on each triangle.

    5. Add the Filling:
    – Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.

    6. Roll the Dough:
    – Loosely roll up the triangles and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    7. Brush with Egg:
    – Brush the tops with the reserved beaten eggs and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    8. Bake:
    – Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
