- 7 Layer Taco Salad

– 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
– 1 packet taco seasoning mix
– 1 can (16 oz) refried beans
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup guacamole
– 1 cup salsa
– 2 cups shredded lettuce
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup sliced black olives
– 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions:
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully browned. Drain the excess fat and mix in the taco seasoning according to the package instructions.
2. In a large serving dish, spread a layer of refried beans evenly at the bottom.
3. Layer the seasoned ground beef over the refried beans.
4. Spread a layer of sour cream over the ground beef.
5. Top the sour cream with a layer of guacamole.
6. Spoon salsa evenly over the guacamole layer.
