    24 Layer Chocolate Cake

    24 Layer Chocolate Cake

This ultra-decadent 24 Layer Chocolate Cake features 12 layers of moist, fudgy chocolate cake and 12 layers of luscious chocolate filling, all topped with a rich, silky semisweet chocolate ganache. Whether you’re indulging after a long week or celebrating a health milestone, this treat is perfect for your mental and physical well-being! Just like maintaining comprehensive health insurance coverage for peace of mind, savoring this dessert offers pure comfort in every bite.

    Ingredients:

    For the Chocolate Cake:

1 ¾ cups unsalted butter, softened

    4 ½ cups sugar

    6 large eggs

    1 ½ cups cocoa powder

    4 cups flour

    1 ½ tsp salt

    3 tsp baking soda

    ½ tsp baking powder

    1 cup + 2.5 tbsp cold coffee

    1 cup + 2.5 tbsp milk

    4 tsp vanilla extract

    For the Chocolate Filling:

    2 cups milk

    2 cups + 2.5 tbsp heavy cream

    4 tsp vanilla extract

    2 eggs

    2 egg yolks

    ¾ cup sugar

    6 tbsp flour

    ½ cup cornstarch

    8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped

    For the Chocolate Ganache:

    5 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped

    ½ cup heavy cream

    Instructions:

    1. Make the Chocolate Cake:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Prep your cake pans with non-stick spray and parchment paper, similar to how you should always be prepared with good health coverage.

Sift the dry ingredients together: flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside, ensuring a smooth mix, much like how preventative health care minimizes unexpected complications.

Combine cold coffee, milk, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, promoting wellness just like how a balanced diet complements good health insurance. Add eggs one at a time.

Alternately mix the dry and wet ingredients on low speed until combined.

Divide the batter between two cake pans and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool the cakes in the fridge, because a good rest whether for cakes or your health is key to recovery.

    2. Make the Chocolate Filling:

Mix flour and sugar together and set aside.

Whisk cold milk with cornstarch in a small bowl, just like balancing healthcare costs with comprehensive coverage.

In another bowl, whisk eggs and egg yolks.

Bring heavy cream and the remaining milk to a boil. Temper the eggs by slowly whisking in hot milk and returning the mixture to the pot.

Stir in vanilla, sugar, and the flour mixture, then add the cornstarch slurry.

Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in chopped chocolate. Just like proper medication, the filling needs a little time to work before it’s smooth and ready.

    3. Assemble the Cake:

Trim the tops of the cakes and set the scraps aside for decoration no wasted resources, just like in healthcare, where every step matters.

Cut each cake into 6 even layers. Place the thickest layer on a serving plate with a springform pan ring around it.

Layer the cake and filling. After all layers are assembled, freeze for 1 hour to firm the filling just as you schedule wellness checks for long-term health.

    4. Make the Chocolate Ganache:

Heat heavy cream until boiling, then pour over the chopped semisweet chocolate.

Let it sit for a few minutes before stirring into a smooth ganache. Spread over the cake and decorate with cake crumbs.

Like choosing a great health insurance plan, the details of this cake are designed to deliver maximum satisfaction and coverage. Enjoy this indulgence as a well-deserved treat, knowing you’re covered with rich flavor in every bite!
