    Creamy Mango Coconut Pudding Cups Recipe

    A refreshing tropical dessert made with layers of sweet mango puree and silky coconut cream. These no-bake mango coconut pudding cups are perfect for summer parties, family gatherings, or anytime you crave a fruity, creamy treat.

    Mango Layer
    2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
    1 tbsp honey (optional, adjust to taste)
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    Coconut Cream Layer
    1 cup coconut cream
    1/4 cup condensed milk (or dairy-free alternative)
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    Toppings
    1/4 cup toasted coconut shavings
    Fresh mint sprigs

    Directions:

    Blend diced mangoes, honey, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

    In a bowl, whisk together coconut cream, condensed milk, and vanilla extract until silky smooth.

    In serving glasses, add a spoonful of mango puree.
    Top with a layer of coconut cream.
    Repeat the process until the glass is full, ending with a creamy coconut layer.

    Sprinkle toasted coconut on top.
    Add a sprig of mint for color and freshness.
    Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for the best texture.
