    Garlic Shrimp Stuffed Salmon Recipe

    Looking for an easy weeknight salmon recipe that’s healthy, creamy, and packed with flavor? This Garlic Shrimp Stuffed Salmon is a restaurant-style dinner you can make at home in under 30 minutes. Juicy salmon fillets are topped with a rich garlic shrimp filling for a dish that’s perfect for family dinners, date nights, or when you want to impress guests.

    Ingredients:

    2 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skin on or off)
    1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (pre-cooked shrimp works great!)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    ¼ cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
    2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
    1 tbsp olive oil

    Directions:

     

    In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, mayonnaise (or yogurt), parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until mixed don’t over-mix, so the shrimp stays chunky.

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish and place the salmon fillets inside.

    Evenly spoon the shrimp mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.

    Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork. Adjust cooking time for thicker fillets.

    Plate immediately with sides like steamed asparagus, roasted veggies, or a fresh garden salad.
