    These 2-ingredient air fryer bagels are soft on the inside, lightly crispy on the outside, and incredibly easy to make. With just Greek yogurt and self-rising flour, this healthy homemade bagel recipe is perfect for breakfast, snacks, or meal prep—no yeast, no kneading, and no oven required.

    1 cup self-rising flour

    How to Make 2-Ingredient Bagels in the Air Fryer
    Make the Dough
    In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a soft dough forms. Add a little extra flour if needed to prevent sticking.

    Shape the Bagels
    Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each piece into a ball, then poke a hole through the center to form a bagel. Make the hole slightly larger, as it will shrink during cooking.

    Boil the Bagels (Optional but Recommended)
    Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil. Drop the bagels into the water and boil for 30 seconds per side. Remove and let drain—this helps create a classic bagel texture.

    Add Toppings
    While the bagels are still wet, sprinkle generously with your favorite toppings like everything bagel seasoning or coarse salt.

    Air Fry
    Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.

    Place the bagels in the basket, leaving space between them. Air fry for 15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
