    This Crispy Ritz Cracker Chicken is a simple yet delicious dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Coated in buttery Ritz crackers and Parmesan cheese, the chicken comes out golden, crispy, and packed with flavor. With just a few pantry ingredients, you can whip up this family-friendly meal in under 40 minutes. It’s great served with mashed potatoes, veggies, or a fresh salad for a complete dinner.     Ingredients:

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

    1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers), crushed

    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon garlic powder

    1 teaspoon onion powder

    1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    ½ cup butter, melted

    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat Your Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    2. Prepare the Crispy Coating:

    In a shallow bowl, mix together the crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika (optional). Season with a pinch of salt and pepper for added flavor.

    3. Coat the Chicken Breasts:

    Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, ensuring they’re fully coated. Press the chicken into the Ritz cracker mixture, making sure every side is covered in the crispy coating. For extra crunch, apply light pressure to help the crumbs stick.

    4. Bake the Chicken:

    Place the coated chicken breasts in your prepared baking dish. Drizzle any leftover butter over the top to keep the chicken moist and flavorful. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden brown.

    5. Garnish and Serve:
