    Ultimate Pistachio Cream Cheesecake Recipe

     

     

    This Decadent Pistachio Cream Cheesecake is a luxurious treat, perfect for pistachio lovers. With a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy pistachio-infused cheesecake filling, and a crunchy pistachio topping, it delivers the perfect balance of textures and flavors. The rich, smooth filling melts in your mouth while the nutty pistachios add a delightful crunch. This cheesecake is an elegant dessert for special occasions or a showstopper for family gatherings. Make ahead and refrigerate for easy serving!

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    1/4 cup granulated sugar

    1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

    3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

    1 cup granulated sugar

    3 large eggs

    1 cup heavy cream

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    1 cup pistachio paste

    1/2 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

    Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.

    3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool.

    4. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until creamy and smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

    5. Mix in heavy cream, vanilla extract, and pistachio paste until the batter is fully combined and smooth.

    6. Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled graham cracker crust.

    7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.

    8. Turn off the oven, leaving the cheesecake inside to cool for 1 hour with the oven door slightly open.

    9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best texture.

    10. Garnish with roughly chopped pistachios before serving.
