the best Chicken Stew ever
Ingredients:
– 8 chicken pieces
– 1 large onion
– 1 tsp cumin (jeera)
– 1 tsp garlic powder (garum)
– 1 tsp ground coriander (dhania)
– 1/2 tbsp paprika
– 1 tbsp Rajah curry powder
– 1 1/2 chicken flavor cubes
– 2 medium carrots
– 1 1/2 cups boiling water
– 4 tbsp canola oil
– 1 tbsp chicken spice
– 1 tbsp Knorr cream of chicken soup
– Potatoes
Preparation:
1. Rub chicken pieces with chicken spice.
2. Heat oil, brown chicken on both sides, and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add onion and fry until soft.
4. Add chicken cubes, stir. Add cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder, and Rajah curry powder. Mix well.
5. Return chicken pieces to the pan, add paprika, carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Cut the potatoes and add them to the other ingredients.
7. Add boiling water and cook for 35 minutes over medium heat.
8. Mix cream of chicken soup with 3 tablespoons of water and add to the stew. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
9. Ready to serve. Enjoy!
