    2 pounds beef stew meat (for juicy, tender bites)

    1 teaspoon salt

    1/2 teaspoon black pepper

    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/2 teaspoon onion powder

    2 cups beef broth (for a rich, beefy flavor)

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 teaspoon soy sauce

    1 pound sliced mushrooms

    1 small onion, diced

    3 tablespoons cornstarch

    3 tablespoons cold water

    Instructions:
