1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 cup broccoli florets
1 large carrot, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
2 tbsp water or chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Marinate Shrimp: Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp soy sauce and set aside.
Cook Shrimp: Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
Sauté Aromatics: Add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
