    Ingredients:

    4 skinless salmon fillets (fresh and firm with bright orange-pink flesh for maximum flavor)

    1/2 lb (225g) shrimp (peeled and deveined; large shrimp work best for their meaty texture)

    1/2 lb (225g) scallops (bay scallops preferred for sweetness; sea scallops can be sliced in half if needed)

    1/2 cup crab meat (cooked and fresh is best; canned works in a pinch)

    2 tbsp butter (for sautéing the garlic and seafood)

    1 garlic clove, minced (adds aromatic flavor to the seafood)

    1/4 cup breadcrumbs (Panko is ideal for a light, airy crunch)

    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (adds a salty, nutty flavor)

    Salt and pepper to taste (season the seafood perfectly)

    Fresh dill or parsley for garnish (adds color and freshness)

    Preparation Steps:

    1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking of the salmon while keeping the seafood tender.

    2. Sauté Seafood: Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Toss in the shrimp, scallops, and crab meat, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and the scallops are opaque. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    3. Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, mix 1/4 cup breadcrumbs with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to create a crispy topping.

    4. Wrap Salmon: Lay each salmon fillet on parchment paper and spoon the seafood mixture over each fillet. Gently wrap the salmon around the seafood, ensuring it’s secure.
