    Looking for a tender, juicy, and flavor-packed meal that practically cooks itself? This Savory Slow Cooker Chuck Roast is the perfect one-pot dinner for busy days! Just set it and forget it by dinnertime, you’ll have a rich, melt-in-your-mouth beef roast with hearty potatoes and carrots.

    Ingredients:

    1 large onion, chopped

    4 garlic cloves, minced

    1 cup beef broth (for deep, savory flavor!)

    2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (adds umami goodness!)

    4 carrots, sliced

    2 lbs chuck roast, seasoned with salt and pepper

    4 potatoes, diced

    Instructions:

    Prep the roast: Generously season the chuck roast with salt and pepper.
    Sear for flavor: Heat a pan on medium-high and sear the roast for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. This locks in juicy tenderness!
    Transfer to slow cooker: Place the roast in your crockpot.
    Sauté aromatics: In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic for 1 minute, then add to the slow cooker.
    Add veggies: Toss in potatoes and carrots, surrounding the roast.
    Pour in broth & sauce: Drizzle the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce evenly for rich, savory depth.
    Cook low & slow: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until fork-tender.
    Shred & serve: Once done, gently pull apart the roast and serve hot!
