Sauteed Potatoes with Minced Meat

Ingredients:
Potatoes and Meat:
400g Potatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces)
200g Minced Beef
5 cloves Garlic (minced)
8 Red Onions (sliced)
2 Curly Chilies (sliced)
Spring Onions (chopped)
Sauce:
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Mushroom Stock
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1 tsp Cornstarch
100g Water
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Sauce In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients until well combined.
2. Fry the Potatoes Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
3. Cook the Meat In the same pan, sauté the minced beef until it’s about 3/4 cooked.
4. Add Aromatics Toss in the garlic, red onions, and chilies. Stir until fragrant.
5. Simmer with Sauce Pour in the prepared sauce and cook until it starts to boil.
6. Combine Everything Add the fried potatoes and mix well. Stir in the spring onions.
7. Serve and Enjoy! Best served hot with a side of fluffy white rice.
