    Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting

     

    These Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting are the ultimate fall treat. Moist, spiced with warm autumn flavors, and topped with a creamy, cinnamon-infused frosting, they’re perfect for any seasonal gathering.     Ingredients:

    For the Cupcakes:

    – 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
    – 1 tbsp baking powder
    – 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    – ½ tsp ground nutmeg
    – ½ tsp ground ginger
    – ½ tsp ground cloves
    – ½ tsp ground allspice
    – ½ tsp baking soda
    – ½ tsp salt
    – 1 cup white sugar
    – ½ cup butter, softened
    – ⅓ cup brown sugar
    – 2 large eggs, room temperature
    – 1 cup pumpkin puree
    – ¾ cup milk

    For the Frosting:

    – 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
    – ¼ cup butter, softened
    – 3 cups confectioners’ sugar
    – 1 tsp vanilla extract
    – 1 tsp ground cinnamon

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat and Prepare:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease or line 24 muffin cups to prepare for your Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes.

    2. Mix Dry Ingredients:
    In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, ground cloves, ground allspice, baking soda, and salt. This mixture is the key to your flavorful fall cupcakes.

    3. Cream Butter and Sugars:
    In another bowl, beat together the white sugar, softened butter, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then, mix in the pumpkin puree and milk for that perfect autumn flavor.

    4. Combine and Bake:
    Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined—don’t overmix. Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the batter. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool on a wire rack.

    5. Make Frosting:
    While the cupcakes are cooling, prepare the Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting. Beat together the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add the confectioners’ sugar, followed by the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon, until the frosting is creamy and delicious.

    6. Frost and Serve:
