Ingredients:
2 cans (18oz/500g) tuna in oil
4 jalapeños or 3 serranos, chopped
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 bundle green onions, chopped
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
1 tbsp sugar
Pinch of black pepper
3 tbsp water
Directions:
1. Prepare the sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, gochugaru, sugar, black pepper, and water. Set aside.
2. Layer ingredients: In a clay pot or thick-bottomed pan, arrange the tuna, peppers, garlic, onion, and green onions.
