    Irresistible Cheesecake Cookies with Reese’s Pieces & Chocolate Chips 

     

    These Cheesecake Cookies are a delightful fusion of rich cream cheese and classic cookie flavors, creating a soft, melt-in-your-mouth treat. The addition of mini Reese’s Pieces and chocolate chips brings a burst of sweetness and crunch to every bite. Perfect for dessert lovers, these cookies are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.     Ingredients:

    – 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
    – 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
    – 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    – 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    – 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    – 1 Large Egg
    – 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
    – 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    – 1/4 tsp Salt
    – 1 cup Mini Reese’s Pieces
    – 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    2. Cream Together:
    In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter until the mixture is silky smooth.

    3. Sweeten the Mix:
    Gradually add the granulated sugar and brown sugar to the mixture, beating until it turns light and fluffy.

    4. Add Egg and Vanilla:
    Stir in the vanilla extract and egg, ensuring everything is well incorporated.

    5. Combine Dry Ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

    6. Mix in the Goodies:
    Gently fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces and mini chocolate chips for that perfect candy crunch in every cookie.

    7. Shape the Cookies:
    Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow room for spreading.

    8. Bake:
    Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. The centers should remain soft and slightly underbaked for a chewy texture.

    9. Cool Down:
