    Directions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

    2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. These natural ingredients align with the recommendations of many health insurance wellness programs for a balanced diet.
