Ingredients:
8 oz rice noodles
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas
3 green onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
¼ cup hoisin sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cook noodles Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Stir-fry beef In a wok or large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced flank steak and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned.
