Garlic Lemon Butter Lobster Tail Recipe

This Garlic Lemon Butter Lobster Tail is the perfect recipe for an elegant, restaurant-quality meal at home. With tender lobster meat brushed in a rich garlic lemon butter sauce, every bite bursts with flavor. It’s quick to prepare yet feels luxurious, ideal for special occasions or date nights. Serve with fresh parsley and lemon wedges for a beautiful presentation. Pair it with your favorite sides, and enjoy a decadent seafood experience!

    Ingredients:

    2 lobster tails

    4 tablespoons melted butter

    3 garlic cloves, minced

    1 lemon (zested and juiced)

    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

    Lemon wedges (for serving)

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Use kitchen scissors to carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise to expose the lobster meat. Gently pull the meat out, placing it on top of the shell for easy access and a beautiful presentation.

    2. Make the Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce:

In a bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined. This garlic lemon butter will add a rich, tangy flavor to the lobster tails.

    3. Coat the Lobster Tails:

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet.

Generously brush each lobster tail with the garlic lemon butter mixture, ensuring even coverage.

    4. Bake to Perfection:

Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque, tender, and cooked through. Cooking time may vary based on the size of your lobster tails.

    5. Serve and Garnish:

Remove the lobster tails from the oven and brush with any leftover garlic lemon butter.

Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra burst of citrus.

This Garlic Lemon Butter Lobster Tail is a gourmet choice for a dinner that impresses, perfect with sides like garlic mashed potatoes or a crisp salad!
