    Ingredients:

    2 lb beef tenderloin roast (a perfect cut for special occasions)

    Salt and pepper to taste

    4 tablespoons herb butter (a delicious blend of butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme)

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

    Directions:
