    1 teaspoon vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon dried mint or to taste

    How To Make Shawarma Sauce
    Preparation of Base: Begin by whisking together the mayonnaise and plain yogurt in a medium bowl until you achieve a smooth consistency. This base is crucial for the creamy texture of the sauce.
    Incorporation of Flavors: To this base, add the minced garlic, olive oil, and vinegar. These ingredients are fundamental in introducing a depth of flavor that is both aromatic and tangy.
