Ingredients:
– Ground beef
– Lasagna noodles
– Your desired seasonings (I used Buttas All Purpose Seasoning)
– Spaghetti sauce
– Cream cheese
– Cottage cheese
– Ricotta cheese
– Shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Cook Lasagna Noodles:
– Prepare the lasagna noodles according to the package directions.
2. Prepare the Meat Sauce:
– In a large skillet, season and cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink; drain any excess fat.
– Stir in the spaghetti sauce, cream cheese, cottage cheese, and optional ricotta cheese.
– Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
3. Assemble the Lasagna Rolls:
– Drain the noodles.
– Sprinkle shredded cheese over each noodle.
– Spread the meat sauce mixture over the noodles.
– Sprinkle more cheese on top if desired.
4. Roll and Bake:
– Carefully roll up each noodle and place them seam side down in an 8-inch square baking dish.
– Top with the remaining sauce and shredded cheese.
– Bake uncovered at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
